When you settle a bet (both bettors agree or arbitrator settles), you earn 0.5 points per USD bet value. Both bettors receive points regardless of who wins.
When a bet is cancelled (both bettors agree to cancel), you earn 0.25 points per USD bet value. Both bettors receive points.
